Pre-ConstructionMidgard believe in early design and co-ordination input from the Pre-Construction team, which leads to continuous value and cost engineering input during the pre-construction and into the build stages of the works.
ConstructionMidgard delivers continuity from pre-construction into the delivery of the works by allocating a project champion. This champion is a continuous link in the chain of the overall project delivery helping the team deliver to client expectations.
AftercareRelationships built up during the construction process do not end at the practical completion of a project. Midgard continue to work with the Client as they understand a projects usage and provide learning and training support to help.

Project Focus - Woking
Guildford Road, Woking. January 2010 to December 2013.Design and Build of 445 turnkey residential units with a mix of private and shared ownership spread over 12 blocks and townhouses varying in height from 4 to 21 stories rising from a common public podium.
All the blocks and townhouses share a common one storey deep basement car park with space for 353 cars which occupies almost the entire footprint of the development.
The development also includes some 4900m2 of Cat A Office fit-out spread over a six storey office block, and 2300m2 of shell and core retail space for tenant fit out facing onto the public space.
